The mentor-mentee program is operated by organizing leadership clubs for youths in schools and universities. These youths organize seminars, conferences and workshops and invite prominent leaders who have distinguished themselves to visit them and give talks.
The Institute assists mentees to identify their goals early on and then assists them to have mentors who are in the best position to offer them paths to reach their goals through career advice and opportunities as well as offering in, certain cases, financial assistance in furthering their education and career opportunities.
