Leadership Institute provides professional services (in house and outreach) to different organizations, individuals, groups and establishments in Plateau State and beyond. This is done through well packaged and delivered skills building and training programs. The underlying goal for all our programs are improved management, performance and operations at every level.
To this extent, we propose to carry out the following activities regularly. Our strategy is to utilize a combination of tested methodologies and materials to achieve clearly defined and specific objectives in all our programs and activities. The strategy also includes, where possible, involving beneficiaries of our programs and activities in determining the areas of training and in developing the training package.
